The main house features four bedrooms.
Upstairs, there are three single rooms, each with a comfortable French-size bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the garden. On the ground floor, there is a spacious triple room with a double bed and a connecting room with a French-size bed.
Two large living rooms with fireplaces, reading corners, and game tables provide welcoming spaces to relax or spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen also includes an oven, perfect for baking homemade pizzas.

Within the estate stands the Hermitage of San Severo, a small consecrated church of remarkable charm and historical value. An ancient place of retreat dating back to the 15th–16th century, the hermitage is set in a setting of absolute tranquility, not far from the Church of Sant’Eusebio, and preserves an atmosphere of deep contemplation and spirituality.
The church is an authentic architectural gem, ideal for intimate weddings, baptisms, and special celebrations. Inside, it houses a precious fresco depicting Saint Anthony Abbot, recently restored by master Antonio Cerica, further enhancing the artistic and spiritual significance of the space.
In front of the church, a tree-lined avenue adorned with cast-iron benches leads guests toward the entrance, creating the perfect setting for moments of reflection, anticipation, or for evocative and memorable photographs.
